Having spent many years fabricating bespoke items for our own requirements, we started to receive requests from our customers to create effects for them and we developed a reputation for creating great reliable products.

We now offer custom design and fabrication services to all our clients, we are always happy to take as much time as required with each client to discuss the specifications of their project, whether it be a unique one-off build or something in multiples. Arcadia Spectacular | Custom Hoses

 

KJE have been supplied solutions to Arcadia Spectacular on many different projects over many years.

After the flame system that was designed by a different company started to experience performance issues Bertie approached Kevin for advice. They were having issues surrounding the LPG hoses and assemblies as they were not up to standard. They discussed their ideas with Kevin who advised of potential downfalls with these ideas. Together Kevin from KJE and Matt from Arcadia re-engineered a better and more cost effective solution. The solution has been performing well and has met all requirements of overseas health and safety officers in recent months.

Fire Signs | McFly, McBusted & Jessie J

After creating a fire sign for McFly back in 2011 for the UK tour we were challenged once again when the boys from McFly joined forces with the boys from Busted to create the super boyband McBusted.

They decided that they wanted a McBusted fire sign that would be bigger and better than the previous McFly one (although not sure drummer Harry Judd was overly keen on hotter!)

The result a massive 10m long and 2.5m tall 3piece fire sign that was able to flash into a blazing centrepiece throughout the shows. In creating this we used over 80 igniters, drilled over 8000 holes and sprayed the whole thing black using 28 tins of paint.
